If he gets the right ground (good/good to firm), I'm making a prediction right now that Churchill will win the G1 Irish Champion Stakes at Leopardstown next month. I'm not sure we'll see Ulysses or Barney Roy either one make the trip over for that race, but Jean-Claude Rouget says he still intends to send French Guineas & French Derby winner, Brametot, to Leopardstown for the race. But my money says Churchill would beat Brametot over 2000m. Especially on what for all intent and purpose would be home ground for Churchill, IMO.
