Zoustar won the 2013 Group 1 Golden Rose and now stands at Widden stud, claiming champion Australian first season sire.
Two of his 3yo colts are top chances in this year's Group 1 De Bortoli Wines Golden Rose - Lean Mean Machine (who won the Group 2 Run to the Rose) and Zousain, who will join his father standing at Widden when he retires from racing.
