Former NRL star Phil Bailey says his first order of business as the new Waratahs defence coach will be fine tuning the sides individual tackle technique. With their first trial just two days away Bailey is hoping the Tahs can execute quality dominant one-on-one tackles when the host the Highlanders at Leichhardt oval on Friday night.
