It was Nicholi Rogatkin who won the last Crankworx Stop in Innsbruck, Austria, but Brett Rheeder put in quite a fight all the way to the last minute. This is Crankworx Slopestyle at it's best.
I hate to say it but Rogatkin doesn't have the smoothness and style that Rheeder, Semenuk, Soderstrom have. He can do amazing tricks but just looks like hes rolling the dice and hucking them. The 3 mentioned are a lot more natural, not forced. Good on for Rogatkin though for raising the bar in slopetyle for sure.
Mountain biking is one of the only sports in the world I know of where competitors cheer each other on! The sense of community is insane. We are definitely part of the greatest sport in the world
