Even if Collingwood has done more things wrong so far this season than what they've done right, the one thing that they continue to do right time and time again is to beat both Geelong and Sydney, who are 2 of the most successful clubs of the past decade. But they don't help their cause by losing regularly to teams that these 2 would regularly beat. The Queen's Birthday loss to Melbourne was their 4th consecutive loss against Melbourne. Geelong and Sydney have had one loss between them against Melbourne in the past 10 years or thereabouts. The Pies are too much of a rock/paper/scissors team.
