He will be ridden alot differently this time and he wasnt happy pre parade the last day with all the crowd and the flags as peter said.Tidal bay isnt running which is a huge plus and sir des champs needs to haveimproved his jumping and doesnt have the same cruising speed as flemenstar.Lynch will drop him in and make a move after about 2 miles the race will be put to bed and sir des champs will stay on for a distance second!

As for the hennessy ,i would just side with sir des champs ,were as flemenstar has looked in top form all season i think champs has looked below par and i would expect the most improvement from him(haven't heard anything from the Mullins team yet?),but when i comes to 3mile races especially in testing conditions stamina is key!jmo

For me flemenstar gets 3 miles but only because of his class, and i would say his stamina is best suited over 2 miles, and would love to see him take on sprinter sacre, that for me would be the race of the week. Its very off putting that they haven't figured out what is best for the horse, distance and race tactics, but its a small operation and must be very exciting for all connected, fingers crossed they get it right, good luck to them!
