Frankel - the greatest horse of all time? The Frank Whittle Partnership Conditions Stakes at Doncaster in September 2010 was the first time we suspected we could be dealing with something special in the Galileo colt trained by the great Sir Henry Cecil and ridden by Tom Queally. The second start of his career, Frankel retired with 14 victories from 14 races and with a reputation as arguably the greatest to ever grace the Turf.

frankel was the best flat horse.....the grey horse was the best hurdler.......but if your asking which horse was the best horse period..well thats a silly question....pound for pound its the incomparable grey horse.....who retired as sound as when he first started out!!!!
