BC Classic will be fun to watch. Arrogate probably wins but Gun Runner should put in a nice showing and make it fun. I'll be backing him anyway. Really like this horse. He's matured nicely.

Largest margin of victory in 36 years. For those wondering the shoe in Gun Runner's tail belonged to Cautious Giant. It went up into the air, bounced off Cautious Giant's back then somehow ended up in Gun Runner's tail. Talk about a one off lol.

Nice win for the steadily improving Gun Runner. Did the horse media ever figure out how that horseshoe got in his tail? It probably kept him from the track record. So really it's about Gun Runner and  Arrogate. Right now it's a toss up, who is better horse right now. Keen Ice still is grinding and good but Mor Spirit, Cupid, Shaman Ghost, Sharp Azteca....more questions than answers. It's an overall weak 3 yr old and older male division this year. The fillies and older mare divisions are much more  competitive and deeper. I know the Gun Runner connections were happy about the track being sealed.
