righthand man came 2nd in forgive n forgets cheltenham gold cup, the problem was that the Dickinsons had so many good staying chasers that they had to spread them around, wayward lad/bregawn/silver buck were top of the pecking order so the likes of righthand man/planetman/lettoch would run in handicaps with big weights, they also had a top class stayer called by the way who was unlucky to get injured before the grand national as he would have won it easily

Didnt righthand man win the ritz club chase following the 84 gold cup? he was one of those top class handicappers that was able to give a good run in the gold cup.

Planetman was a Michael Dickinson horse (same stable as Right Hand Man). From memory planetman run in red and blue hoops. Ramsdens colour were blue and white hoops but on a misty day as this was its hard to distingush.

Don't remember Planet Man (?) at all. Was he in Terry Ramsden's colours? Might have gone closer if he hadn't cloted the fourth last.
