Regardless of the ranking of teams, Crows play 3 non-Vic and 2 Vic teams twice. Ess plays 3 Vic and 2 non-Vic teams twice.
Helps keep travel even, evens out over a period how many times you play certain opposition.
If we're not going to go single round-robin, do something that is SET and not based on rankings.
