I don't think 2 time winners of the Breeders Cup mile have to save face. Overall, Lure had a 3-2 edge on PC (Including 1992 BC Mile) . But a great race, no doubt. Two terrific horses. Plus, how can you not love Fourstardave!
Paradise Creek was using this as a prep for the Arlington Million... Lure needed this to save some face after losing twice to PC earlier in the year. Excellent race..
