Kilian Heuberger always had something about him which set him apart from the rest of his generation of skateboarders in Germany. On the whole the Germans are a very mellow lot, but Kilian had a kind of internal flame which you could see in him, and it certainly showed in his skating, which was a little bit more vicious than those around him.
