What bugs me is how the salesman's smile vanished less than a second after he figured he didn't need to smile anymore. What a disgrace! Clearly he doesn't appreciate Zenyatta, his job, nor viewers of the ad. He showed he's unfit to do the job, and if it was my racetrack he'd be gone quicker than losing parimutuel tickets.

This guy is such a goob. It would have been AWESOME to have Zenyatta just swing her head around and whack him. That would have made my day! I'm only saving this video to my favs because she's such a beautiful animal and I want to stare at her, lol.
