Raced over 1400m at Eagle Farm, the 2015 Stradbroke Handicap was a great race won by up and coming mare Srikandi.
Srikandi proved too good in the final Group 1 of the thoroughbred racing season, the Sky Racing Tattersall's Tiara at the Gold Coast. Jockey Kerrin McEvoy guided Srikandi to his first ever win at the Gold Coast and the horse's second Group 1 victory.
