Brazils got a higher percentage of whites than the United States. And yea, Im used to seing more african like brezilians on tv as well. But if you visit Brazil, your whole view on Brazil changes.
Here in Brazil the population is divided. If you go down south, you see only white people and a small number of people of color. But if you get to the north, especially Bahia, Maranhao, you will see that the population is mostly black. So, it's wrong saying that Brazil is a black country or a white country. Actually, Brazil is full of different traditions, peoples and cultures. It's a mixed country.
there is no such thing as pure race especially in latin america. African slave trade in the 1400s alot of africans were brought to latin america, a large amount in Brazil. There are no 100% pure races. The original language of the people there was not portuguese. There is african blood in every single person in latin america, pleas stop with that 100% PURE BULL SHIT
