Once de diver enter the water he must make the "ok" signal showing that he is ok, the divers are looking down in order to see the sign, If they do not see it they must bring the diver up to the surface, the ok signal is the sign they make at 2:05 .... hope i helped!

takes a bit of time to be safe jumping from these heights. Its 3 times the highest dive platforms you find at most pool-halls etc.
