International chef and renowned cookbook author Clodagh McKenna has created a Winx Pavlova in honour of the great mare's final race of her record-breaking career. The special dessert will be served in selected hospitality venues at The Championships Day 2 - Longines Queen Elizabeth Stakes Day.
