Being the father of a beautiful daughter myself, I can imagine the grief that Darren and Julie Billinger must have endured at the loss of their daugher Kelly. If it is Kelly who is indeed the strength behind the wins of their very special horse, 'Come On Frank' then I hope for the Billinger family that he will grow those 'Angel Wings' each time he puts on the harness.
