Two years in the making, Far From Home tells the story of Brolin Mawejje and his bout to become Africa's first Olympic snowboarder. Born in Kampala, Uganda, Brolin's life has been a tumultuous journey of highs and lows, rejection and acceptance. Brolin is now training for the 2018 Olympics while simultaneously preparing for medical school.
