in football you use your feet. the american version of football you rarely use your feet, so in this case its football. 2 people are allowed to use their hands, they are called goalkeepers. if we got out the rule books your idea would be defeated quite easily.
Okay boys, It all depends on where you live. A majority of the world call it Football, but we out here in the Americas call it Soccer. So yes, it is football. And yes, it is soccer. Just depends on where you are located.
