Frankly, Hans Holbein is the only horse in the entire Epsom Derby field who's proven over the Derby trip of 12f/2400 meters having won the Chester Vase by nearly 2 lengths over 12-1/2f. He's the one horse in the field that distance absolutely will not be an issue for. He's a half-brother to Sans Frontiers who was an Irish St Leger winner over 14f and won multiple 12f races at group level. San Frontieres: Galileo x Llia(Shirley Heights).
