The Lions turned around a first half 19-point deficient to roar into the 2017 Super Rugby Final. In a rematch of the 2016 decider the South Africans got revenge over the Hurricanes and will now face the Crusaders at home next week in Johannesberg.
I was so disgusted by many kiwi's comments on social media. They all claim that the Lions aren't worthy of being in the final because they didn't play any NZ teams. What they seem to forget is that the Lions beat ALL NZ teams in the past 2 seasons. A foreign team hasn't done this since the Bulls dynasty between 2007 and 2010. Last year the Lions put the Highlanders, Crusaders, Blues and Chiefs to the sword, and this year they've claimed the Hurricanes' scalp. Kiwi teams should be lucky that they didn't face the Lions this year! And stop blaming the bloody ref when things don't go your way! You're bloody sore losers! Just STFU and sit down please! How can you blame the ref when your team concedes 41 points in 44 minutes? That trophy is coming to SA. Let's go Lions! SA is behind you!
