Lucas to push for starting spot in Canberra

Matt Lucas insists he's not just in Canberra to play second fiddle to Joe Powell. Lucas moved from the Waratahs at the end of the season after finding himself below Nick Phipps and Jake Gordon in the 2017 pecking order.
