I agree that perhaps Jr was a little overconfident, but did you stop to think that he may have been following instructions not to abuse the horse. Juddmonte did not send Time Test here for these lower graded races. Like Flintshire last year, he was sent here to find firmer ground (which he didn't get yesterday) and their major objectives I'm sure are the BC Turf and another Eclipse award. That being said give credit to Cancel for setting a slow pace and not giving up when the favorite put his head in front. Cancel is a very strong rider, and I wish that he'd get better quality mounts.
