Vanness joined the Club in 2007. She was sent to the Beijing Clubhouse for training. To grow her career, she applied for an internal transfer through an employee job opportunities platform.
Wallace joined the Club in 2013. He is an active member of various community and team activities. Having the opportunities to contribute to a better society is one of the reasons he loves working at the Club.
