What is wrong with these people that they think Varenne is Italian? All you have to do is go to Wikipedia and at the bottom of the story of Varenne there is is pedigree and next to each horse in his lineage is a flag representing the breeding of each horse -- EVERY horse is from the USA except for a few on the dam's side.
