| Race Synopsis: The in-form mare Arinosa goes from strength to strength. She stepped up the Group Two class here and recorded a most impressive win. Settled about twelfth, she improved wide with cover nearing the turn before dashing to the lead at the 200m to win by over four lengths. Miss Stellabelle was near last on the rails to the turn, looked for a run in the centre at the 200m before she got clear late for a good second, looking a little unlucky. Outsider Forarainyday was well back to the 600m, went wide on straightening and finished surprisingly well for third. It was a promising first-up effort. Dystopia was midfield with cover, improved wide at the home turn, got to a narrow lead at the 200m and then battled on for fourth. | |
