Douvan only lifts his front end when jumping, his rear end stays horizontal and not raised like a lot of horses, he moves forward over fences rather than up and down, there is nothing to seriously to test him except Altior, the Melling Chase over 2m 4f Aintree would be a fantastic duel between these 2 but it won't happen......

Want to see this fella trained for a Gold Cup, he cruises for 2 miles, jumps supremely clean, Kauto Star won over 2-3 miles, this horse looks special....
