Pure irony that Frankie Dettori ended up with the mount on eventual G1 Epsom Derby winner Golden Horn only because majority interest of Jack Hobbs was sold to Godolphin a couple of weeks prior to the Derby. If that transaction never happens it's a near 100% certainty that Frankie Dettori is riding Jack Hobbs at Epsom and William Buick is riding Golden Horn just like they both were when they ran 1st & 2nd the first time at York in the G2 Dante Stakes.
