I'll be the first to admit I thought Kingston Hill would be suspect seeing out the 14-1/2f trip in this race, but not a bit of it. Atzeni rode him splendidly that day at Doncaster and he had Kingston Hill closing like a freight train in the final furlong. I didn't think much about it at the time, but now I'm wondering if the English St Leger might not put Kingston Hill spot on where he needs to be to make a big run at Longchamp in the Arc De Triomphe.
