You must remember the horses that end up in Oz are the one's that are sent
to the sales as they are deemed to have reached their limits. They are a
fair way from the best in Europe,of course a few improve for their export
due to a variety reasons but believe me the best stay here.My concern is
the owners of the best will see it is possible to send one down to win that
nice prizemoney and we will be left with the dregs to race here!!As for
Carlton House he will win a big one as he is a quality tool but he will
have to win it on the bridle as he don't seem to relish a fight..IMHO..
Carlton House - still a maiden Down Under along with his UK mates
Michelangelo, Tres Blue, Tenby Lady, Rule Book...my sincere apologizes if I
have forgotten anyone else.
Midsummer Sun needs further and Carlton House is for whatever reason a very
high class dodge pot.IMHO .These views are from a UK based race watcher who
hopes both horses improve with their export to Oz..
