Big Brown was really the only horse in the last 20 years that could have
won the triple crown. Had it not been for the horse coming up lame or in
pain. I believe he would have won going away. The jockey in that race did
the correct thing, however, and put the welfare of the horse above anything
else by pulling him up and not letting him injure himself. With all the
money exchanging hands in this sport, it is far too easy to forget that
without these magnificent animals, the Sport of Kings would not exist, and
to forget about the welfare of the horse. Horses are breaking down at
record levels these days, and it is due to them being pushed too hard and
being doped up with pain masking drugs. It is a travesty and needs to stop!

show but ineligible no point horse slowed him he was blocked by u-n
eligible horse who took 3rd California Chrome took 5th behind ineligible
horse . He was bet heavy to show with try's and super's. Belmont Triple
Crown Race Should Race Again.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..

Crown stolen by some pinch hitters - smh ... such a shame..... Chrome will
always be the rightful winner in my book! I don't mind winners just don't
like unethical winners or the way that they get there..........
