so glad I was able to be there and shake his hand and watch this ceremony
and then come back the next day for the meet and greet with him and take a
picture with him and have him autograph the previous day's program with a
picture of him on it to celebrate his last day of race calling
One of the neater parts of this was that Tom Durkin was standing in the
Winner's Circle when the race replay aired, and laughed at his
"Splashtastic" comment.
